Detached homes in North Vancouver saw the benchmark go up 15.7% from Jan 2016 to Jan 2017. Active listings for Jan 2017 VS Jan 2016 are up 56.8% and days on the market have increased from this time last year with last January being 21 days on the market for an average sale VS Jan 2017 which has increased to 39 days for North Vancouver Home sales.
For North Vancouver condos we are seeing a 15.2% gain from Jan 2016 to Jan 2017. Total inventory in Jan 2016 VS Jan 2017 is actually down -29.3% and days on the market have gone down with them sitting at 26 days for Jan 2017 VS the same time last year at 33 for Jan 2016.
North Vancouver Townhomes have also gone up 18.5% in January 2017 VS January 2016. Townhomes spent more time on the market with 45 days in Jan 2017 VS 31 days in Jan 2016. However, active listings for townhomes were down 7.7% with 39 in Jan 2016 VS 36 in Jan 2017.
