Tempe or Tempe Heights as it is commonly referred to is one of the newer and also one of the smaller neighbourhoods in the City of North Vancouver. Built in the late 1980’s, this nice development of homes is situated in between Upper Lonsdale and Lynn Valley offering it residents close proximity to all the amenities of both neighbourhoods. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the wonderful new Lynn Valley Village and very close to Boundary Elementary School, Argyle Secondary School, and Sutherland Secondary School. Most of the streets in this neighbourhood are flat and child friendly. The homes made up of 2 or 3 levels, consisting of 2,500-5,000 square feet. There are 2 well maintained tennis courts, park, pound/fountain and playground for the enjoyment of the kids in the community.
